  1. Which dua is good for anxiety?


    The solution to get rid of anxiety and depression is to mention it with complete reliance on Allah Almighty, whatever Allah wants is done, so rely on Allah Almighty instead of taking tension in times of trial and distress or falling prey to fear or whispers. Strengthen your relationship with Allah Almighty, offer prayers and keep on remembering Allah.

 ’’لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ الْعَظِیْمُ الْحَلِیْمُ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِیْمِ، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ رَبُّ الْأَرْضِ وَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْکَرِیْمِ‘‘.

    There is no god but Allah who is great and tolerant. There is no god but Allah who is the Lord of the Great Throne. There is no god but Allah who is the Lord of earth and sky and the Noble Throne.

  


   In anxiety and depression patient is mentally disturb, this disease usually involves evil effects; So that the believing man cannot perform purity and worship etc. with satisfaction, he should not be disturbed by delusion, the most effective remedy for this is not to pay any attention to it.

1… أَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّیْطٰنِ الرَّجِیْمِ
2… اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّیَاطِیْنِ وَأَعُوْذُبِكَ رَبِّ مِنْ أَنْ یَّحْضُرُوْنَ
3…اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْ وَسَاوِسَ قَلْبِيْ خَشْیَتَكَ وَ ذِكْرَكَ وَاجْعَلْ هِمَّتِيْ وَ هَوَايَ فِیْمَا تُحِبُّ وَ تَرْضٰى


 That is, O Allah! Replace the whispers of my heart with your fear and remembrance, and turn my sorrows and desires into deeds in which you have love and pleasure.



   7. What symptoms of anxiety?


 Most people think that there will be some very unusual symptoms of daily stress, depression or tension. But the fact is that Allah Almighty has created small symptoms in us through which you can know that you are suffering from depression, stress or anxiety etc. And by knowing and recognizing these symptoms, you can anticipate your depression, stress, etc., before they become a major risk factor for you.


 In this article, I will tell you seven signs that by paying attention you can know in advance and at home that you are suffering from a negative mental or emotional problem like anxiety and depression. If any of these symptoms are found in you then it is a matter of concern and you should then consult a psychiatrist, psychologist or counselor and mind therapist.


   8. Symptoms of anxiety attack.


 I discuss seven common symptoms of anxiety disorder.


   1. physical symptoms of anxiety.


 Pain in any part of the body during unhappiness or negative emotional state is a common symptom. These include back pain, joint pain, shoulder pain, and constipation. These are common symptoms of pain, unhappiness, negative emotions, depression, stress, etc.


 Scientific and research studies show that there is a neural connection between depression, stress, etc. and physical pain. For this reason, when a person is suffering from a negative emotional state, he has pain in certain parts of the body.


 If you have daily or frequent pain in the back of the neck, back, shoulders, buttocks, or any other part of the body, you do not necessarily have depression, stress, but it can. However, the advice of a qualified physician in this regard will always be useful.


 


    2. Irritability is a symptom of generalised anxiety disorder.



   Do you get frustrated with even the smallest everyday problems? For example, if you don’t see a glass of water to drink, do you get angry? If your book or pen is not received on time or when the key of the motorcycle is not seen when you leave the house, then you get excited and start cursing your family members or cancel your intention to go?


 If so, you are suffering from depression or stress. Although helplessness, anger and irritability are not directly related to depression, research shows that these symptoms are more common in older patients with depression and stress.


 


  3. The third sign: thirst is not quenched.


 People who drink a lot of soda drinks or do not get thirsty even after drinking water, then it may be depression. Drinking water is a good thing, especially when working hard and traveling to get home or office. However, if people feel thirsty after drinking water, some people drink soda after water. Because they think that maybe it will quench their thirst. It does happen immediately after a soda drink, but it does get worse over time. This can lead to problems other than depression.


 People living in Pakistan, especially in Karachi, also use Gutka more, which is actually a form of escape from their feeling of depression. Other than Gutka, any other drug can be started. If the depression is severe then this demand also becomes severe.


 


     4. Significant weight change.


 Significant weight loss or gain is also a cause for concern, as obvious weight loss can be a sign of depression, stress, etc. How much of this change is worrying? The answer to that question is a five percent increase.


 Some people get tired of eating because of depression and some people lose their appetite. This does not mean that if you are eating too much then it is good and you are healthy. In fact, they may be more likely to suffer from physical problems than those who eat less.


 During depression, stress, and anxiety, the enjoyment of home-cooked food decreases, but the demand for spicy, spicy food outside increases. Therefore, some people often prefer hotel food, which is more dangerous.



   5. Symptom of anxiety and depression is Forgetting cleanliness.


 If you take a bath every day and then you starts to forget bath daily. If you don’t remember to brush your teeth or do something unusual, you may be suffering from depression.


 After suffering from depression and stress, you does not want to wear clean clothes and keep your body clean.



   6. Sixth symptom of anxiety: Lack of focus and decision making.


 Depression and stress also make it difficult to focus on tasks and make small daily decisions. Man wants things to continue as they are. Due to inattention to work, attention-seeking work is neglected. If you are forced to do such a thing, then nature becomes more difficult and anger comes. Depression and stress also slow down the mind.



    7. Seventh symptom of anxiety: too much embarrassment and guilt.


 Some people feel guilty about it. It’s not their humility, it’s depression. As this mood increases, the feeling of inferiority increases to such an extent that man ceases to be of any use in life. Everyone at home and in the office stops relying on it. Such a person begins to feel compelled and disabled. Apologies to people for talking. He is also afraid that others might get angry with him.


 If you have these symptoms or if you see some of these symptoms in your family or friends, do not take them lightly. Yes, that’s right you can now become known as a Lord of the Rings. Worrying is when one or more of these symptoms persist for more than two weeks. In this case, it is important to contact a physician or counselor,and start to recite following dua:

    If You and your family member suffer from anxiety and depression;

        You should recite Durood-e-Sharif one hundred times daily and then recite this dua
