  1.Health and fitness meaning.

   The word fitness is used in Urdu as an alternative to health. This word is a combination of two words body and accuracy. This refers to the state of the body that is normal or physical and mental health. 

   2.What is the importance of health and fitness?

 Human well-being involves physical as well as invisible or internal health. A person who has a cough, cold or fever can usually become temporarily ill due to climate change or climate change. A person who suffers from malaria or tuberculosis is more likely to suffer from larger and more chronic illnesses. However, sometimes a person can also suffer from diseases such as diabetes and thyroid. These diseases are not fatal with proper care. But if not treated in time, these diseases can kill people. Some diseases are fatal worldwide. These include cancer and AIDS.

 Modify some good health principles.

 For good health, it is important for a person to eat, drink, sleep, exercise on time, and to take care of the principles of hygiene. However, in modern times, people do not pay attention to sleep at night and can not sleep during the day due to work. Due to the workload, people have been found to be very unhealthy in eating and drinking. Meal times are not fixed and there are sometimes short distances and sometimes more breaks than necessary. In the same way, due to modern comfort, people do less physical work. It does not cause any work anyway. Instead of trying to recover, they wallow in their sadness and thus, experience more failure. But due to lack of time and work and engagements, it is not implemented.


          Fast food is common in food and drink. People eat a lot of street veal, noodles, popcorn, etc., which is not useful in any way. In addition, prepared foods contain many additives that are harmful to health. Cleaning neighborhoods and homes can also keep people healthy. Many other diseases come on their own. One of the most talked about diseases in the decade of 2019 is the deadly disease caused by the corona virus.

          Mental health describes one’s emotional, psychological and social well-being. Our mental health is affected by our eating habits, physical activity levels, substance use behaviors, and how we think, feel, and cope with difficult situations. We face mental health every day. A person’s mental health is as important as his physical health, and his mental health condition is just as real as physical illness. It is important to keep this in mind when talking to others.

 Mental health is a combination of emotional, social and psychological well-being. Achieving positive mental health is valuable and helpful in many ways.

      4. Complete sleep.

      5. Discover and practice new competing skills.

     6. Meditate or follow the mindset.

     7. Don’t be afraid to seek professional help when you need it.

     5.Prayers for health and fitness.


         Following are some Qur’anic supplications regarding health and fitness.


        However, understand the principle of prayer that when a person prays to God with full confidence and trust, regardless of his absolute value, even if he calls on the Lord in any language, then God Almighty hears his call. Whether the result is in accordance with our will or not, it is in our favor. We must get some improvement in this world and the hereafter and we are saved from some evil. The real thing is to call on Allah as your Lord, knowing Him to be the true God, considering Him as the only helper, and with all anguish. The result is inevitable. However, some of the supplications mentioned in the (first two) and (remaining) hadiths in the Qur’an regarding health and illness are as follows:

َبِّ إِنِّيْ مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

 Lord, I am the best of the best, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful.

   ربِّ إِنِّيْ مَسَّنِيَ الشَّيْطَانُ بِنُصْبٍ وَعَذَاب

 My Lord, Satan has afflicted me with severe pain and sufferingّ

اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ ، اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ سَمْعِيْ ، اَللّٰهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَصَرِيْ ، لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّآ اَنْتَ.

 O Allah, grant me physical health and well-being, O Allah, grant me peace and well-being in your hearing, O Allah! So in my power of sight, there is no god but You.

 اَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ ، اِشْفِ وَانْتَ الشَّافِيْ ، لَا شِفَاءَ ِّلَّا شِفَاءُكَ ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَماً

 Remove the affliction, O Lord of the peoples, give healing that He is the Healer, there is no healing except Your healing. Give a cure that removes every effect of the disease.

 اَعُوذُ بِاللّٰهِ وَقُدْرَتِهٖ مِنْ شَرِّمَآ اَجِدُ وَاُحَاذِرُ

 I seek refuge in Allah and His power, from the torment that is happening to me and from which I am afraid.

    اللَّهُمَّ مَتِّعْنَا بِاَسْمَاعِنَا وَ اَبْصَارِنَا وَقُوَّاتِنَا اَبَدًا مَا اَبْقَيْتَنَا

 O Allah, benefit us with our hearing, sight and strength for life.
