Dua for entering and buying new house.

      1. Dua new house.

In the desire to build a house, a person works very hard. People think that people go abroad for the happiness of their home and become more prosperous than others by earning dollars, pounds, riyals, dirhams, but the truth is also this. That many Pakistanis cut their bellies and work so hard that they are barely able to support themselves. For such people, building their own house also remains a dream. There are millions of people in Pakistan who do not have their own house and millions of them are working day and night to build their own house and in halal and haram. They lose distinction. It is a matter of luck who will have the opportunity to build their own house in the world, here mostly those lucky people are able to build their own house, whose ages are changing, youth is spent in managing household affairs. Is .

Those who wish to have their own house should keep reciting this dua.

First and last drood sharif three times and after that this dua.

       ’’ یاربّ یا باسط یاربّ العالمین ‘‘

      “Yarb Ya Basit Yarb Al-Alamin”

Recite in your heart three hundred and thirteen times daily after Isha prayer and keep praying to Allah Almighty for a new home.

InshAllah, the wish will be fulfilled soon, try to be ablution and keep giving charity.

   2. Dua for entering new house.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

When a person mentions Allah while entering the house and while eating, Shatan says (to his companions):

There is no place for you to spend the night here, and no dinner, and if you do not mention Allah while entering the house, Shatan says that you have found a place to spend the night, and if you do not mention Allah while eating. Shatan says:

You got lodging and dinner for the night. (Muslim).

    The Prophet (PBUH) said:

When a person enters a house, he should recite following dua.

“اللّهُم إني أسألُك خَيْرَ المَولجَِ وخَيْرَ المَخْرَجِ ، بسم الله وَلَجْنا بسم الله خَرَجْنا وعَلَى الله رَبِّنا تَوَكَّلْنَا”.

       Translation:

“O Allah! I ask You for the goodness of the place of entering and exiting. We entered with the name of Allah and we left with the name of Allah, and we put our trust in the Lord God.”

 (Abu Da’ud)

   3. Dua for buying a new house.

There is no specific dua for buying a new house, but if someone wants to recite a Surah etc., then anyone can recite it and reciting the following Surahs can be a source of great blessings, when any person by a new house or start to build a new house.

 Surah Baqarah. Recite once.

 Surah Fatah. Recite once.

 Surah Muhammad. Recite once.

 Ayat al-Kursi. Recite seven times.

Qul Awuz Barb al-Falaq. Recite seven times.

Qal Awuz Barb Nas. Recite seven times

and breathe on the water and sprinkle water lightly in the house plot.

Similarly, when moving to a new house, pay two nafls of thanksgiving.

And it is also a favorite act to invite in the celebration of the inauguration of a house, even though the schalars have mentioned that it is mustahab to invite relatives at the end of the construction of a new house, the name of this invitation is “Al-Wakirah”.(“الوکیرۃ”)

Allama Moafaq al-Din Ibn Qudama al-Maqdisi, may God have mercy on him, writes:

     “All feasts except Walima….

For example: the invitation to circumcision, the invitation to the birth of a child, the invitation to build a house, whether for any reason or without any reason, all these invitations are mustahab, because in it food is given and blessing is given. is expressed.

It should be noted that none of these actions should be considered as necessary for the intention of Sunnah.

    4. New house dua for new home.

It is not necessary to give a goat in charity in case of taking a new home plot, but if it is considered necessary, then it is a sin. Yes, if a feast is held to express the blessing and to express gratitude, then there is no problem. Rather, some jurists have written it mustahab.

It is better to give something as charity as possible to a deserving person. If the animal is slaughtered unnecessarily, then its meat should be distributed among the poor and needy. And if there is a belief to avoid the evil of the evil jinn, invisible creatures or appease them by shedding blood, then this belief is against faith, and shedding blood in the foundation of a building or a plot and committing it is the way of a non-Muslim.

Grand Mufti of Hind Mufti Kifayatullah (may Allah have mercy on him) writes:

“It is better to give charity to a live animal. Slaughtering for the purpose of healing a patient is permissible if it is only for the pleasure of God, but the main purpose should be charity by shedding blood and not ransoming one’s life.”

Also, we do not know any special ruling regarding taking or building a new house.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: Do not make your houses graveyards, Satan flees from the house in which Surah Baqarah is recited. (Sahih Muslim)

Also, a request should be made to a righteous scholar or an elder among the elders of the religion to come to the house and pray in the place designated for prayer, and in the future, the women of the house should arrange Nawafl etc. in this place. Although this order is not Sunnah or Mustahab or from a new house, it is preferable because it was transmitted from some Companions in this way.

Thus, it is mention in Bukhari Sharif:

Translation: On the authority of Abdullah bin Muslimah Qaanbi, he said, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Saad, on the authority of Ibn Shahab, on the authority of Mahmud bin Rabi, on the authority of Utban bin Malik (who was blind):

The Prophet (PBUH) came to his house. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, “Where in your house would you like me to pray for you?” Ataban stated that I pointed to a place. Then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said the Takbeer and we lined up behind him (peace be upon him).
